GT4 RS Rental in Seattle: Street Car or Track Weapon?

Black Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS rental in Seattle from Sport Driving Motors

A GT4 RS rental in Seattle is a rare thing: this is one of the few cars on earth that’s genuinely at home both on a canyon road and on a race track, and we let you choose which experience you want. The Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS is a street-legal track weapon — the hardcore, motorsport-bred version of the Cayman, powered by a screaming flat-six lifted almost straight from the 911 GT3. So the real question becomes simple: do you want to drive it on the street, or take it to the track? With us, you can do either.

Based in Kent, WA, Sport Driving Motors offers the GT4 RS as both a street rental and a track experience at Pacific Raceways, right next door to us. Whether you want to feel it on the road or learn to lap it properly, here’s everything you need to know.

Street or Track? Your GT4 RS Rental Seattle Choice

This is the fun part, because the GT4 RS is one of the only cars we offer that fully delivers in both worlds. Here’s how each option works:

On the Street

Rent it for 24 hours and take it through the best driving roads in the Pacific Northwest. Although it looks track-focused, it’s raw and intoxicating on the road too — mid-engine balance and that GT3-derived flat-six make even a normal drive feel like an event.

On the Track

Alternatively, take it where it was born to be — Pacific Raceways, through our track programs with ProFormance Racing School. Whether you’re brand new or an experienced driver, there’s a program built for you (details below).

Novice clinics & experienced lapping available

The Track Programs, Explained

Because we’re located right next to Pacific Raceways, we partner with ProFormance Racing School to run two very different track experiences. Which one is right for you depends entirely on your experience level:

Novice Track Clinic — $2,795/day

This is the right choice if you’re new to the track. It’s a full guided day: professional instruction, classroom fundamentals, and supervised lapping so you learn the racing line, braking points, and car control the safe, proper way — all in the GT4 RS. You don’t need any prior track experience. By the end of the day, you’ll have real skills and a genuine understanding of how to drive a car like this fast and safely. Honestly, it’s the best possible introduction to track driving.

Experienced Lapping — $1,595/hour

For drivers who already have track experience and just want seat time, this is open lapping by the hour. There’s no classroom and no hand-holding — you simply get the GT4 RS on track to put down laps at your own pace. It’s ideal if you’ve done track days before, know the etiquette and the line, and want to enjoy one of the best track cars Porsche has ever built on a proper circuit.

Not sure which fits you? Reach out and we’ll help you pick based on your experience. Either way, the goal stays the same: get you driving this car exactly the way it was designed to be driven.

Why the GT4 RS Is the Ultimate Track Rental

Plenty of fast cars are miserable on a track — too heavy, too soft, too focused on comfort. However, the GT4 RS is the opposite. Porsche’s GT division engineered it specifically to be driven hard: that naturally aspirated flat-six revs to 9,000 RPM with a sound that’ll give you chills, while the mid-engine layout makes it beautifully balanced through corners. Because it generates real aerodynamic downforce, it stays planted at speed. It’s approachable enough to learn in, yet rewarding enough to challenge experienced drivers. Simply put, it’s one of the best track cars money can buy — and you don’t have to buy it.

Prefer Something Else? Explore the Fleet

The GT4 RS isn’t our only track-capable Porsche. If you want even more power, the Porsche GT3 RS is the next step up. Alternatively, if you’d prefer open-top elegance or a do-everything cruiser, check out the Porsche Targa, the Lamborghini Huracán, or the Porsche Cayenne. Whatever you’re after, we’ve got a Porsche for it.
